Managing Conflict on the Way to the Best Version Of Ourselves
When we become angered, sometimes that anger is associated with the conflicts in our lives. Whether it work related, personal or family, we experience times when we feel pressured, either by other people, ourselves or situations. Torn between what others, society the situation wants for us and what we want for ourselves.
How do we handle this conflict that we experience everyday? That prevents us from our own happiness or peace. This conflict can also be having to please or follow others, when we really want to say "no" and follow our own path. How do we handle this conflict between others and within ourselves?
